GEMS American Academy Abu Dhabi (GAA) welcomes students from all backgrounds and nationalities, from kindergarten through to Grade 12. Located in Khalifa City, GAA is one of Abu Dhabi's leading American curriculum schools - accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC).
Our curriculum combines US Common Core rigour with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme, preparing every student not just for university, but for life. Admission is based on academic and behavioural readiness, assessed through school records, English and Maths assessments, a letter of recommendation and an interview with our team.
Admission to GEMS American Academy requires that each student demonstrates academic and behavioral readiness through an application process that includes: confidential letters of recommendation, school records, assessments in Mathematics and English, and an interview with School Personnel.
